À proximité des chutes du Niagara, il construit une passerelle métallique qui permet d'accéder aux formations géologiques du rivage, Rock River Union (1976, Lewiston, New York). La photo, prise sous un angle approprié, rend un effet de fuite n avant d'une verticale vers un point horizontal.
